The surface of metal workpiece is shot peened, and the particle size is small. The whole surface is treated with micro humidification. The surface of metal workpiece after micro humidification is rusted to form a layer of evenly distributed fluffy rust layer. After rust treatment, the surface of metal workpiece is coated with lubricant to finish metal surface treatment.


Shot blasting is to use the high-speed rotating impeller in the shot blasting machine to throw the projectile onto the continuously rotating workpiece in the drum, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the workpiece. It is suitable for the sand removal and rust removal of various industries. The process of fine particle shot blasting is to put the metal workpiece into the shot blasting machine, and the high-speed rotating impeller in the shot blasting machine will throw the shot at the metal workpiece continuously rotating in the drum.


In order to form lubricating film with different thickness, humidification effect and rust layer thickness should be controlled.
