The main component of the electrolyte is sulfuric acid solution. The organic dyes are used as the dye.

Anodizing treatment: the aluminum alloy sample is anodized with sulfuric acid solution electrolyte. The power supply loading mode is DC anodizing treatment, and the temperature is normal temperature. After treatment, the aluminum alloy sample surface is washed and dried with deionized water immediately to obtain the surface of anodic aluminum oxide film with crystal structure.

Coloring treatment: the organic dye is fully dissolved, heated to 45 ° C, kept in heat, put into the sample prepared by anodic aluminum oxide film, soak for 20-30 minutes to form the dyed sample, and after the coloring process, the sealing treatment process is also carried out.
