Anti rust and corrosion resistant metal surface treatment methods include: preparation of treatment agents: phytic acid, poly (pyrrole -co-3,4- ethoxy two oxy), surfactant, methacrylic acid, water mixed into emulsifier, emulsified to form nano emulsion as treatment agent.


Preparation of modifier: nano polyaniline was dispersed in water, and lactic acid, eutectic solvent, antioxidant, antibacterial agent and silylation agent were added to prepare polyaniline coated lactic acid and silylation agent through emulsification mechanism.


Metal surface treatment: after washing the metal surface with water, spray the treatment agent on the metal surface. After 2-4 hours at room temperature, apply dopamine on the metal surface, and then apply the modifier on the metal surface. Under the condition of 40-60 ℃, heating for 2-3 h, a thin film will be formed on the metal surface, which is a kind of antirust and corrosion-resistant metal.
